When I came to Mitch I had just been in a horrible crash with a drunk driver. My car was totaled, insurance companies were calling me and I was trying to manage all of this despite being hurt from the crash. During my first call with Mitch he comforted me, assured me they would take care of everything, and told me my only job was to do whatever I needed to heal from my injuries.
