Mitch takes pride in righting wrongs, and treats each of his clients like a member of his family. He began his legal career by representing individuals and small businesses who were affected by the BP Oil Spill–recovering over $50,000,000 for his clients. This work helped Mitch discover his passion for representing people against the powerful. The majority of his career has involved helping individuals seek justice for their injuries against large corporations and insurance companies.
Mitch was selected for inclusion into the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Florida, an honor given to only a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field. Membership in this exclusive organization is by invitation only and is limited to the top 40 attorneys in each state or region who have demonstrated excellence and have achieved outstanding results in their careers in either civil plaintiff or criminal defense law.
Outside of work Mitch enjoys spending time with his wife, Elie’se, and their two boys, Grady and Cooper. He also loves anything sports and anything outdoors.
